None Kate is the younger sister of Packie Mc Reary who will tell Niko to take her out after the mission "Waste Not Want Knots".
Depending on choices made near the end of the game, you may not be able to date her forever.
Girlfriends and the dating system in GTA IV are used during the story.
If you're tired of taking Roman on man dates, it's time to wash the blood off your Sunday best and take on the opposite sex.
As well, Roman pushing Niko into it makes it much more fitting. It's the perfect bad ending; I didn't give a crap about Kate either. oh the nightmares I had of the fucking helicopter sequence.
Wanted to get revenge but Roman's texts made me change my mind and I went for the deal.

Enter the building and kill anyone inside on this floor.
Once I found out what the outcome was I went back to my last save point, which was quite a few missions back, (it's funny how much it annoyed me that Roman got killed) and had Kate killed instead. The second I saw "Vice City" the thought that we might get so see a glimpse of it during the credits, or final cutscene made me giddy with excitement.
Plus I wanted some more money so I could get the Half-Million achievement. There has been a lot of people that just picked up GTA IV in the Steam Summer Sale posting in this very sub-reddit lately.
Roman doesn't want it, and Kate doesn't like the deal. There are two choices on your map green deal, and red revenge. Enter the building and kill anyone inside on this floor. After a while you should land (or crash) on the island. You need to enter the ship, but of course, it's very well guarded.
There is a crowd of enemies here: with a little luck and accuracy you should kill them and reach the office. Don't shoot them, just follow them to reach Dimitri's hideout.
It was released for the Play Station 3 and Xbox 360 consoles on 29 April 2008, and for Microsoft Windows on 2 December 2008.
